Teaching4All — Privacy Policy

1.1 Teaching4All is an independent online tutoring practice serving students in Houston, USA, Quito, Ecuador, and other locations by arrangement.

Names and contact details of students and parents/guardians; school, curriculum, and exam board (e.g., IB, IGCSE, A-Level); academic records, progress reports, and session recaps; payment details for booking sessions; photographs or video only if voluntarily shared for session purposes (e.g., on a video call); any access needs or learning-support information you choose to share with us.

Name, email, phone/WhatsApp number; details of your enquiry or diagnostic request; our communication history with you.

Name, email, and marketing preferences — only where you've opted in.

We use your information to deliver tutoring sessions and diagnostics, send session recaps and progress reports, respond to enquiries and manage bookings, improve our service, and — only with your consent — send updates about Teaching4All.

Our basis for processing depends on context: fulfilling our agreement with you (delivering tutoring), our legitimate interest in running the practice well, your consent (marketing), or a legal obligation (e.g., safeguarding reporting).

You have the right to access a copy of your data, request corrections, request deletion, restrict or object to certain processing, request data portability, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email support@teaching4all.com. We aim to respond within one month.

We do not sell your information to third parties.

We keep academic records and session recaps for as long as your child is enrolled, and for a reasonable period afterward in case of follow-up questions. Enquiry and marketing data is kept only as long as needed for that purpose, or until you ask us to delete it.

Because Teaching4All operates between the United States and Ecuador, your information may be processed in either location. We take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it's handled.

Most of our students are minors. We collect only the minimum information needed to teach safely and effectively, handled in line with our Safeguarding Policy.
