Teaching4All — Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all tutoring services provided by Teaching4All. By booking a diagnostic session or a block of sessions, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

1.1 Teaching4All is an independent tutoring practice founded and personally overseen by Adriana Balseca, operating between Houston, USA and Quito, Ecuador.

1.2 We provide a free initial diagnostic session and personalized 1:1 tutoring in IB/IGCSE languages and sciences, delivered online by one fixed tutor per student.

2. Definitions

  • "Teaching4All" / "we" / "us" — Teaching4All
  • "Client" / "you" — the parent, guardian, or adult student booking our services
  • "Tutor" — a tutor engaged by Teaching4All to deliver sessions
  • "Session" — a single online tutoring session
  • "Block" — a prepaid set of sessions, as agreed at booking

3. Our Services

3.1 Every student is matched with one fixed tutor for the duration of their program, based on subject need.

3.2 Sessions begin with a free, no-obligation diagnostic to assess your child's level and needs.

3.3 If a tutor is ever unable to continue, we will discuss suitable options with you directly.

4. Bookings and Payment

4.1 Tutoring is offered in pre-agreed blocks of sessions, confirmed at the time of booking.

4.2 Payment terms, amounts, and schedules are confirmed individually and in writing before a block begins — they are not published on this website.

4.3 Cancellations with at least 24 hours' notice will be rescheduled. Cancellations with less notice, or no-shows, may be charged in full at our discretion.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1 Please give us accurate information about your child's needs, school, and exam board.

5.2 Please let us know promptly about any changes to schedule or circumstances.

5.3 Please ensure a minor is appropriately supervised around online sessions, consistent with our Safeguarding Policy.

6. Confidentiality and Data

6.1 We treat your information and your child's information with care, in line with our Privacy Policy.

7. Safeguarding

7.1 Teaching4All is committed to the safety and wellbeing of every student. All sessions are conducted in line with our Safeguarding Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Materials we create for sessions (recaps, plans, custom exercises) are for your child's personal study use only and may not be redistributed or resold.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 We commit to delivering tutoring with care and professionalism but do not guarantee specific grades or outcomes, as these depend on many factors beyond our control.

9.2 Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.

10. Termination

10.1 Either party may end the arrangement at any time, in writing, with any unpaid sessions settled first.

11. Notices

11.1 All notices should be sent in writing to support@teaching4all.com.
