Tutoring Experience
I have taught IB and IGCSE Physics for five years, and IGCSE and KS3 Maths as well. I also worked as IB Coordinator and University Counsellor at an international school in Ecuador, so I know the programme from the first class to the university applications. Students I have supported went on to Princeton, Purdue, Northwestern, LSU, the University of Manchester and the University of Leeds. I currently teach Mathematics in Brasília, Brazil.
Tutoring Approach
First I get to know each student: what they do well, where they struggle and how they learn best. I want your child to feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes, because that is how they learn. We practise regularly with different types of exercises and work through the difficult topics together. If your child needs help with IB or IGCSE Physics, or IGCSE Maths, I'd like to meet them.
